Partnerships
As a locally based health care provider, we have formed partnerships with assisted living facilities, non-profit organizations, community groups, rehab centers, cardiothoracic surgeons and other medical professionals.
We are also a member of the Home Care Association of Florida (HCAF) and the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce, which we are very proud to say awarded us small company of the year in 2019 and company of the month for October and November. Additionally, we sponsor several events benefitting our community, including the Health & Wellness Fair, Senior Expo and Under the Oaks.
