Indian River Home Care Congratulates Ruth Stewart on her Promotion

Screen Shot 2019-08-23 at 7.06.56 AMIndian River Home Care is pleased to congratulate Ruth Stewart on her promotion from care specialist to director of patient advocacy!

Ruth, BSN, RN, who holds a master’s in nursing and a master’s in business, was previously the chief operating officer and chief nursing officer of Pinecrest Rehab Hospital, and the chief operating officer of Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. Her administrative ingenuity coupled with her clinical acuity advances Indian River Home Care’s pledge to make life easier for our patients and their families.

Beginning Nov. 1, 2019, Ruth will assume the responsibilities of our current director of patient advocacy, Karen Lampert-Riley, BSN, RN. Karen will assist Ruth during this transition throughout the next couple months.

“While we are very sad to see Karen go, we wish her the best and will be forever thankful for her commitment to our patients and her unconditional contribution to Indian River Home Care and our staff,” said founder and owner Margot Kornicks, MBA, BSN, RN.

We will miss you Karen!
